Friday, Friday, Read all about it! Well you’ve read it, and this probably isn’t the first time either. If you haven’t, then:

Sadly, the set-up in town was a little disappointing yesterday. The weather didn’t help. This Saturday will be a much bigger affair with the Cycle Festival in Castle Park. Doors at 10.30.

There’ll be all sorts of things going on. Of course Dr. Bike will be showing you guys how to do a quick check before you leave on your journeys. Training for the kids and those not so stable adults, wobbly legged and lost confidence. Games and prizes. It’s on all day, but you’ll miss a trick or two if you’re late.

It just keeps on coming.

Finally fixed gear is techy and without putting MTB forks and a front brake in order to throw the bike down a cliff, or enable the ability of fucking up your whack 180. Just pure track bike… yeeaaah right. New era hats, baggy 3quarters and a shitty hop bass line. smooth after attacking the saddle though. Turn out domestic cycle violence is the key to nailing your trick these days. Maybe i should take an axe into the workshop. Surely that would give me at least a 180 footjam tailwhip…

Nailed!

Mark Beaumont, as you may know is the guy who trecked it round the globe in 2008, breaking the world record. Well this year, he’s off to the states to travel across the Americas.
Somehow he’s managing to blog the trip on http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/cyclingtheamericas/

Good luck you nutter.
